Why is meditation important to you?
If our mind becomes peaceful we can be of service to ourselves and others.
Shorties - Guided meditations that are 10 minutes or less. Use them to start your day, before bed, or whenever you need just a bit of refreshment.
Middling Length - These guided meditations are going to be between 15 to 20 minutes. Settle in for a bit.
Deep Dives - Twenty minutes and up. These longer sits will contain a wider range of methods.
